Why we brought you to the farms and what you’ll learn from seeing it for yourself

In a space filled with noise, overpromises and abstract models, we believe clarity is a competitive edge. That’s why we’ve just released a six-part video series filmed directly at our operational solar farms in Brazil - featuring our CEO William Campbell answering some of the most fundamental questions we receive from our investor community.

This isn’t a product demo. These aren’t pitch videos.

This is the real infrastructure behind the SolarShare model and the thinking behind how and why we’ve built it this way.

What’s Covered in the Series

  1. Who owns the solar farms?

Ownership is not delegated, licensed, or vague.

All solar farms are owned and operated directly by SolarShare.

This gives us full operational control and ensures that every panel behind every NFT is real, managed, insured, and optimized for long-term performance.

It also means that investor rewards are tied to a stable, managed infrastructure — not a speculative third party.

  1. What exactly am I purchasing with a Solar NFT?

William explains that each NFT is a claim on the rewards generated by a real, physical solar panel — producing measurable kilowatt-hours and converting them into weekly stablecoin returns.

You're not buying a concept. You’re buying access to the output of a working asset.

  1. Who owns the land beneath the farms?

One of the most overlooked risks in infrastructure investment is unclear land tenure.

At SolarShare, we own or control the land for the full lifespan of the solar farms.

That means no sudden lease expirations, no instability - just clean energy generation with long-term continuity.

  1. What kind of solar panels are being used and why?

The technology matters.

Our farms use high-efficiency 600W monocrystalline panels with 22% conversion rates.

These are not experimental. They’re selected for their durability, their insurance backing, and their ability to produce reliable output under Brazil’s intense solar exposure.

  1. How do we address environmental impact?

Sustainability is not just a label. Our approach includes:

  • Building only on non-arable land to preserve local agriculture and biodiversity.
  • Delivering measurable CO₂ reductions by displacing fossil fuel energy sources.
  • Regular reporting and traceable impact data, soon to be integrated into the SolarShare dashboard.
  1. What’s the lifespan of the panels and how secure is the investment?

Each panel comes with a 20-year manufacturer's warranty.

This is a baseline, not a stretch goal.

Our modeling is conservative, and we expect actual performance to exceed warranty assumptions in many cases.

This is about long-term cashflow, not short-term hype.

Why We Made This Series and What Comes Next

We created these videos for a reason: to bring you, as an investor, closer to the real asset.

You’re not investing in a pitch deck or a whitepaper.

You’re investing in infrastructure built on land we control, powered by technology we chose, operated by a team you can meet.

And this is just the beginning.

More educational content is already in production - including videos on how rewards are calculated, how energy production is verified and how the tokenomics of SolarShare will evolve over time.

Transparency isn’t a feature for us. It’s the foundation.

We’re committed to keeping you informed, connected and confident at every step - before, during and long after the launch.
